Do I need a credit card to try Nightjar?
No. New accounts receive 6 free credits with no credit card, enough for 6 product photos of your own product at 2K. Choose a plan only when you want to make more.How much does one image cost?
A 1K or 2K image uses 1 credit and a 4K image uses two. On Studio that works out to about $0.17 an image, and $0.125 on Studio+ and Ultra. A four-image Photoshoot uses 2 credits for the whole set.What happens when my free credits run out?
Your images, Products and saved settings stay in your Library. Choose a plan whenever you want to make more, and everything you set up is ready to reuse.Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and get the new plan's full credits right away. You can cancel anytime under Billing in your settings; your plan and its credits last until the end of the month you've paid for, and your photos and Library stay saved.Do my teammates need their own plans?
No. One plan covers your team. Invite teammates from any paid plan and everyone works from the same Library, Products and credit balance.Does the API cost extra?
No. Every paid plan includes the Nightjar API, and it uses the same credits as the web app. Read the API documentation.I sell on Shopify. Can I pay through Shopify?
Yes. Install the Nightjar Shopify app and the same plans are billed on your Shopify invoice. Canceling a Shopify plan ends it, and its remaining credits, right away.What if I need more than 2,800 credits a month?
Ultra goes from 800 credits a month for $100 to 2,800 credits for $350. For larger catalogs, agencies or a custom setup, email hello@nightjar.so.
