Built for consistency and control.

Every Nightjar photograph is built from ingredients: the product, the light, the pose, the model, the place. Save them, swap them, reuse them.

Frequently asked.

  • Why choose Nightjar for product photography?
Nightjar is for brands, sellers and agencies that need product images to work together across a catalog, new launches and sales channels. You save product photos and details once, then reuse photography styles, backgrounds and shoot settings across new images. That makes Nightjar a strong fit when you want a recognizable brand look and less setup for every new product.
  • How does Nightjar keep images true to my product?
Nightjar works from your product photos, factual description and any physical dimensions you provide to help preserve the details that make your product yours. Built-in visual review compares generated images with your references and request, and can retry obvious failures such as a missing product or broken branding at no extra credit cost. You get product context and an additional quality check in the same workflow. Review fine details before publishing.
  • Can Nightjar match my existing brand photography?
Yes. Upload reference photos to create a reusable Photography Style that captures their lighting, color, mood and photographic feel. Apply it to new product images, then save it alongside your background, framing or pose, and other settings in a Recipe. Nightjar helps you carry the visual direction already on your website into future launches. You can also start with a curated style.
  • How do I keep the same look across different products?
Save your photography setup as a Recipe and apply it to each new Product. Products remember what you are photographing; Recipes remember how you photograph it, including the style, background, framing or pose, and output settings. Your team can reuse those decisions across products and campaigns, so maintaining a coherent catalog takes less repeated setup and briefing.
  • Do I need photography skills or experience writing prompts?
No. Nightjar gives you visual choices for the photography style, background, framing and model pose. Choose the look you want, then save it for later. Custom Directions let you add a detail, such as a seasonal prop or styling note, without writing the whole photography brief from scratch.
  • What kinds of products and photos can I create?
Nightjar supports physical products including clothing, footwear, jewelry, bags, beauty products, homeware, furniture, food and beverages. Create clean listing images, lifestyle scenes and on-model photography, including coordinated four-image Photoshoots. Editing and upscaling tools help adapt your images for product pages, marketplaces, ads and social, so you can prepare different channel assets in one workspace.
  • What do I need to get started?
Start with photos of your product, or paste a link to a public product page. Nightjar imports supported product photos and details for you to review and save; you can add descriptions and dimensions yourself. Include clear views of the product and important details. Once saved as a Product, that context is ready to reuse in future images.
  • How much does Nightjar cost, and can I try it free?
New accounts receive 6 free credits with no credit card required, so you can try Nightjar with your own product before subscribing. Paid plans start at US$25 per month for 150 credits. A single 1K or 2K image costs one credit; a 4K image costs two. Higher-volume plans are available, and every paid plan includes API access.
  • Can I automate product photography with an API?
Yes. The Nightjar API lets you generate, edit and upscale images from your own software, whether you are adding new products regularly or refreshing a catalog. It uses the same Products, reusable photography ingredients and credits as the web app, so your team and your automation can work from the same product information and visual direction. API access is included with every paid plan. Read the API documentation.
  • Can I use Nightjar images commercially?
Yes. Nightjar grants you rights to use the images generated for you for lawful commercial purposes, including product pages, ads, marketplaces, social and packaging. Your uploads remain yours. There is no separate commercial-use license to purchase. See the Terms of Service for the full ownership and usage terms.
  • Are my images private, and do you train on them?
Your uploads and generated images are kept in your Team Library for your team to use. Nightjar does not use them to train the underlying AI models that serve other users unless you explicitly opt in. Cloud and AI providers process content to deliver the service. See Nightjar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for how your content is handled.
